静压超精密车床
★机床主轴、进给轴采用国内、国际机床设计、生产前沿技术 — — 恒压静压技术，运动精度高、刚性好。
★可用于淬火零件硬车削，金切圆度可达0 .2μm, 用于光学元件加工，车削口径最大200mm,表面粗糙度Ra<0.1。高精度球面、非球面及离轴元件和自由曲面元件车削软件开发，为高效加工提供了有效支撑。
注：
1)光学零件、脆性零件加工，需采用专用真空吸附夹具。
2)硬车削机床配置静压主轴，硬轨、丝杠驱动，组成经济型超精密硬车削，可适应更广泛工况。
